Why did I not receive a registration confirmation email?

In most cases, emails that were not received were actually filtered out to a SPAM or Junk folder. Check your SPAM or Junk folder for the email. Once you have located the email, add the sender to your Email Safe Senders List, Address Book, or Contact List.  Check your email service (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo) for steps on this process.

If your registration confirmation email was deleted or did not make it to your Inbox or SPAM/Junk folder:
  1. From the Log In screen, enter your login information and click the Log In button.
  2. You will be notified that your account registration has not been confirmed, and another confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during Registration.
