Why can’t I start a new questionnaire?

Depending on your provider’s terms, you may only be able to take one questionnaire a year.  If this is the case, you will need to complete the entire waiting period prior to starting another questionnaire.  

If your provider allows for multiple questionnaires, you need to ensure you do not have an open/incomplete questionnaire before attempting to start a new questionnaire.  If you do have an open/incomplete questionnaire, navigate to Current Analysis to finish and submit your questionnaire.  After submission of the questionnaire, you will then be able to start a new questionnaire.
