Printing Issues With Firefox Browser

Printing Issues With Firefox Browser

There are known issues with printing web pages using Mozilla's Firefox.
For optimal printing of the Results and Task List in Readiness with Firefox, the following steps are recommended:
  1. Click on the Open Menu icon in the upper right corner of Firefox
  2. Click on the Print icon
  3. Change Scale from Shrink to Fit 60%
  4. NOTE:  You may need to change Scale back to Shrink to Fit when printing the Certificate of Completion from within Readiness
Additionally, Mozilla has provided a support page with step-by-step instructions on how to resolve printing issues.  Refer to the link Fix Printing Problems in Firefox should you encounter further printing issues while using Firefox.
